Sponsors and Supporters of Quest

Corporate Sponsorship
Quest Riding for the Disabled is very fortunate to receive sponsorship from the following companies who are keen to support the work we do. If your business is in a position to help in any way by sponsoring a horse, an event, or would like to make a one-off charitable donation, Quest would be very grateful.

We are delighted and very grateful that Crest Nicholson were the sponsors for Quest RDA’s Sponsored Ride this year (2017). The ride is a major fundraising event for us and an annual highlight for riders in the vicinity. This year some 145 riders participated and Oliver Reid, from Crest Nicholson, presented rosettes, badges and trophies to Quest Riders (see our sponsored ride page). Crest Nicholson Sales and Marketing Director, Marcus Evans, said: “It’s great to be involved with such a worthwhile charity doing really important work in the local community. A sense of community is something we’re very much looking to foster at Crest Nicholson’s Upper Longcross development in Chertsey, and it’s great to be doing something to give back to the wider Surrey community.” We are delighted that Quest and Crest Nicholson are looking forward to discussing possible ways of developing their partnership.

We are hugely grateful that Basepoint Business Centre in Camberley has chosen Quest RDA as their Charity of the Year and will fund match the money we raise over the coming year. Everyone involved with Quest is looking forward to developing this exciting partnership. Basepoint’s support will undoubtedly make a tremendous difference to the charity and its fundraising efforts and will certainly help the volunteers at Quest to continue the good work for the foreseeable future. With Basepoint's support we can hopefully improve what we can offer our current riders by buying much needed new equipment. We also hope enable more children and adults with disabilities and special needs the opportunity to experience riding with Quest.

Squires Garden Centre, Woking

Squire’s Garden Centre in Woking  have chosen Quest  as their dedicated ‘Charity of the Year’ for 2016/2017. Squire’s in Woking will work with Quest through to July 2017 and will raise awareness of the charity in the garden centre and through their marketing material, as well as providing ongoing fundraising from events, collection boxes and Squire’s popular Christmas Grotto. All donations from the public will go directly to the charity. Sarah Squire, Deputy Chairman of Squire’s Garden Centres commented: “We are delighted to be supporting Quest, which was chosen by our team at Squire’s in Woking to be their local ‘Charity of the Year’. I know my colleagues at our Woking centre are looking forward to working with the team at Quest, and supporting their wonderful work in the local community.”

SVG Capital

We are very grateful to SVG Capital for sponsoring the Quest Ball last November, which enabled the ball committee to stage a wonderful event and raise enough funds to buy a new pony. SVG Capital is a leading international private equity investor listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1996. SVG Capital has also chosen to support Quest as their staff charity for the year.
We would like to thank them for their incredible support and generosity.

Rokers have been fantastic sponsors of Quest since 2014 when Nick Tegg, General Manager of the Rokers Complex, first approached us to offer support for the charity. This continued support enabled Quest to buy a new pony in April 2016. Read about Magical Millie here...

We are extremely grateful to Rokers for their valuable support.

Horsell Common Preservation Society

HCPS have always been great supporters of Quest RDA. For many years, our old ponies spent the summer in some of the fields owned by HCPS and we were able to run very successful Pony mornings for our riders. This year HCPS have agreed that we can use their board room at Water’s Edge at no cost to Quest RDA for our regular committee meetings for which we are very grateful. We would also like to thank Aneke from Water’s Edge Cafe for providing us with delicious refreshments!
