Tea With a Pony (TWP) gives fulfilling and enriching experiences with horses to people living with dementia or other similar conditions.

Participants can enjoy a slice of cake and cup of tea, and then have the opportunity to have a sensory experience with a pony.

Launched in 2021 by RDAUK, Tea With a Pony is an RDA activity focusing on sensory experiences with RDA horses and ponies.

It was launched as part of RDAs nationwide dementia project in response to the growing number of people living with dementia and similar conditions.

Quest RDA held their first Tea with a Pony event in June 2022 and since then have held regular events throughout the Spring and Summer months. We are delighted that our Tea with a Pony afternoons are sponsored by Morrisons Weybridge and Woking.
