Our Volunteers
Volunteers are the beating heart of our organisation who help children and adults with physical and/or learning difficulties to ride for therapy, achievement and fun. Volunteering is a great way to learn new skills, make new friends, and get a fantastic feeling of satisfaction that you are making a difference. Whatever your skills, you have something to offer, either with the riding sessions, fundraising or in a support role.
We are very proud that everyone involved with Quest RDA is a volunteer and we have no paid employees.

Ways to get involved

Other ways to get involved
Although Quest is very fortunate to be based at Laris Farm where our ponies receive 5 star management and care, there are still opportunities to get involved with helping with our ponies. If Horses aren’t for you, there are many other ways to get involved with our team, for example, finance, admin, marketing and social media. We would love to hear from you if you can help out.
Fundraising

Halstead preparatory School present a cheque to Julie Jones, Chairperson of Quest.
Quest receives no state aid but is very fortunate to have support from the local community and a dedicated and enthusiastic group of fundraisers.
We are always looking for new members to join our team and find new ways of raising vital funds to continue with our important work.
There are many ways to help; you can join our active fundraising team, organise an event of your own and get sponsored, make a one-off or a regular donation, or through corporate sponsorship or adopting Quest as your business charity of the year!
Visit our fundraising page to find out more.

Tea on the Green (Chobham) present a cheque to Paul Gardner (Lead Fundraiser) and Julie Jones (Chairman) Quest RDA.
