We were delighted to welcome sixteen children aged 6-12 years old to Quest this morning for a Horse Care Workshop. The children all had the opportunity to learn how to groom a pony, lead a pony, learn about what ponies eat and drink and take part in a treasure hunt around our Sensory woods finding lots of horse equipment including reins, stirrups, a bandage. The children all thoroughly enjoyed the activities and asked our coaches lots of interesting questions. Well done to them all and huge thanks to our coaches and volunteers for helping this morning. We hope to offer more of these sessions for children with additional needs. For more information please email questriders@questrda.org
